Christmas Part 2

Christmas with just the three of us

My sister Melanie and my brother-in-law gave this chair and ottoman to Ella a few weeks ago.  She loves rocking in it and seems to be so proud that she has a chair just her size.  Sometimes I will joke with her and sit in it and she will try to push me out. (:

She loved her Pillow Pet

I found this huge bear for 10 dollars and Ella was so surprised when I pulled him out of the box

My parents didn't get to see her kitchen all set up so I took a picture for them. (Thanks mom and dad she LOVES it)

We wrapped up this horse I bought from a lady  for 4 dollars and the other day I saw it at Wal-Mart for 35 dollars.  I love a good deal.

Random pic's

Her necklaces and crazy hair

I love this little face she makes and how she can find things like this and make them into being her bracelets

More Projects

My mom had this old KitchenAid that still worked great and she kept telling me I should take it.  I didn't mind the yellow color, but I thought I could make this mixer look brand new so I went and bought some appliance spray paint and it turned out great.

I have had this shelf for some time now and I finally just put it up-
I ordered these canvas pictures of Ella at canvaspeople.com because they were having any size print canvas 75% off. They seem to always be doing some type of deal so everyone should check them out.  It would be nice if I was getting paid for all these advertisements I have been doing lately, but I'm not. (:

Our New Year's Eve Party
Mason and Jordan Klinger Wedding

Logan's mission companion's brother Mason had his reception on New Year's Eve.  We had such a good time being with so many people.  It was truly a party. One of their cousins had told us that there had been 1000 people invited and I am pretty sure most all of them had come.  Logan actually stood in line to wait while I was chasing Ella around. (:

Ella and Lillian dancing in the middle of the floor at the Stephens Performing Arts Center

I always love taking pictures of the cake

I loved the tulle

The yummy desserts- Ella was eating cupcakes all night or should I say the frosting (:

The line started from all the way up the stairs to the front door

That little Ella gets such a kick out of everything, doesn't she?! We loved seeing all of you at the Bingo party and seeing how much she had grown since we last saw you. Lisa, you are so amazingly creative and do so many things! Also, I love how you watch your money! That is really unusual for many young married couples. That is a great trait!

Looks like you had a good Christmas! Ella is such a darling. That is so funny she tries to push you out of her chair. :) Nice job on the KitchenAid mixer. Looks awesome!

It looks like you had a fun time with Ella and with your family. Christmas certainly is more special with children. I agree with Laura, that you are so creative and work at being frugal! Way to go!!!

It is always a treat to read your blog because I get inspired to fix up old things around the house and to do a little better at decorating. You really have a knack with making even old things look good when you put them all together. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have a darling baby picture here and there also. Loved the wedding photos!! What a party.
